Getting Started (Chrome Web Store)

1

Install the extension

Click "Add to Chrome" above. The Anvisio icon will appear in your browser toolbar.

2

Sign in to your account

Click the Anvisio icon and sign in. Don't have an account? Sign up free.

3

Navigate to your app

Open a supported SaaS app (like Salesforce) in your browser. Anvisio detects the page and shows a side panel.

4

Start using Anvisio

Type your notes in the side panel. AI suggests field updates and action items. Review and approve with one click.

Manual Install (Developer Mode)

If you downloaded the zip file, follow these steps to load the extension manually. This method works on any Chromium-based browser.

1

Download and unzip

Download the .zip file and extract it to a folder on your computer. Remember where you put it — you'll need the path in the next step.

2

Open the Extensions page

In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions in the address bar. In Edge, use edge://extensions.

3

Enable Developer Mode

Toggle the "Developer mode" switch in the top-right corner of the extensions page. This is required to load unpacked extensions.

4

Load the extension

Click "Load unpacked" in the top-left. Browse to the folder where you extracted the zip and select it. The Anvisio icon should appear in your toolbar.

5

Sign in and go

Click the Anvisio icon in your toolbar to open the side panel. Sign in with your account and you're ready to use Anvisio.

Note about manual installs

Manually loaded extensions don't auto-update. When a new version is available, you'll need to download the latest zip and reload the extension. Chrome may also show a "Disable developer mode extensions" dialog on startup — just click "Keep" to continue using Anvisio.

Requirements

  • Browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, or any Chromium-based browser
  • Account: Free Anvisio account (sign up here)
  • Permissions: The extension needs access to read page content on supported sites to provide context-aware suggestions

Common Questions

Is the extension free?

Yes. The extension is free during our early access period. You just need a free Anvisio account.

What data does the extension access?

The extension reads page content only on sites you've configured in Anvisio (like Salesforce). It never accesses data on other sites. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Should I use the Chrome Web Store or the direct download?

Use the Chrome Web Store if possible — it's easier, auto-updates, and is verified by Google. Use the direct download if the Web Store isn't available in your region, your organization restricts Web Store access, or you want to test a specific version.

Can I use it with browsers other than Chrome?

Yes. Any Chromium-based browser works, including Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, and Vivaldi. Both install methods work across all these browsers.

How do I uninstall?

Right-click the Anvisio icon in your toolbar and select "Remove from Chrome." You can also go to chrome://extensions and click Remove.
