Extension Issues

Extension stopped responding

Close and reopen the side panel by clicking the Anvisio icon in your toolbar. If that doesn't work, go to chrome://extensions, find Anvisio, and click the reload button.

Side panel went blank after navigating

This can happen when a page does a full reload instead of a smooth navigation. Click the Anvisio icon in your toolbar to reopen the side panel. Your notes are preserved.

Side panel shows info from a different tab

Make sure the tab you want to work with is the active (focused) tab. Click anywhere in the side panel to refresh it, or close and reopen it.

Brief flash when pages reload

This is a cosmetic issue where the floating action button briefly appears during page transitions. It doesn't affect functionality and will be resolved in a future update.

Extension icon stays gray on a supported app

Verify that your admin has configured the integration for your org. The extension only activates on domains your organization has set up. Try refreshing the config from the side panel settings.

Salesforce Issues

Fields aren't updating after "Approve & Fill"

Make sure you're on the record detail page (not a list view or dashboard). Try refreshing the page first. Anvisio requires Lightning Experience — Salesforce Classic is not supported.

Suggested fields don't match what I see

Your field configuration may have changed since the last extraction. Ask your admin to re-run metadata extraction from the side panel settings, or try it yourself if you have access.

Anvisio doesn't appear on my Salesforce page

Check that: (1) Salesforce is configured as an integration for your org, (2) you're on a record detail page (Opportunity, Account, Contact, or Lead), not a list view, dashboard, or report.

Edit modal doesn't open

Anvisio opens the Edit modal by clicking the page's Edit button. If your Salesforce page layout doesn't have a visible Edit button or uses a non-standard layout, this may not work. Try clicking Edit manually first, then run "Approve & Fill" again.

Meeting Scheduler Issues

Can't connect Google Calendar

Ensure you're signed in with a Google account that has Google Calendar enabled. If the connection fails, try disconnecting (if partially connected) and reconnecting. Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the Anvisio extension.

No available time slots showing

Anvisio checks your calendar for free slots during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) on weekdays over the next 5 days. If your calendar is fully booked, no slots will appear. Try increasing the date range or freeing up some time.

Meeting proposal email not received

Check the recipient's spam folder. The email is sent from your Gmail account via the Gmail API. If you recently connected your calendar, make sure the Gmail send permission was granted during the OAuth flow.

Account & Login Issues

Can't sign in with Google

Make sure pop-ups are enabled for the Anvisio extension. If you previously signed up with email/password using the same email, you may need to sign in with your password first and then link your Google account from settings.

Signed out unexpectedly

Your session expires after a period of inactivity. Simply sign in again — your org, settings, and configuration are preserved.

Suggestion Quality

Suggestions seem wrong or irrelevant

Try being more specific in your notes — include entity names, dollar amounts, dates, and specific outcomes. The AI improves over time based on your approve/edit/dismiss feedback.

Changes applied to the wrong tab

Always make sure the tab you want to update is the active (focused) tab before clicking "Approve & Fill." Anvisio targets the currently active tab.

AI doesn't suggest meetings when I expect it to

Make sure your Google Calendar is connected. The AI only suggests meetings when it detects clear intent (e.g., "schedule a call" or "set up a follow-up") and a specific person is mentioned.
