Terms of Service
Last updated: March 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Anvisio service ("Service"), including our website at anvisio.com, Chrome extension, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Anvisio is an AI-powered assistant that helps professionals work more efficiently in their SaaS applications. The Service includes a Chrome browser extension, a web-based administration dashboard, and server-side AI processing.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process
5. Data Collection and Processing
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. The following types of data are collected and processed:
5.1 Account Data
Email address, display name, profile picture, role, and account settings. Retained while your account is active.
5.2 Organization Data
Organization name, plan tier, configuration settings, and tracked domains.
5.3 Page Context Data
When you use the extension on a configured app, we collect normalized URL patterns (with record IDs replaced by placeholders) and field values from the page. Sensitive fields (passwords, social security numbers, credit card numbers, and other fields your admin marks as sensitive) are redacted before leaving your browser — they are never transmitted to our servers.
5.4 AI Processing Data
Your notes and page context are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate suggestions. We log the full inputs and outputs of each AI call for quality monitoring, debugging, and evaluation. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5.5 Suggestion and Feedback Data
Each suggestion generated (entity information, suggested field values, justification, confidence scores) and your response to it (approve, edit, or dismiss) are stored to improve suggestion quality over time.
5.6 Navigation Data
Normalized URL patterns only (e.g., "salesforce.com/opportunity/:id") are tracked on configured domains to understand workflow patterns. We do not store full URLs, browsing history, or navigation data outside your configured SaaS applications.
5.7 Extraction Metadata
Entity schemas, field definitions, and picklist values extracted from your SaaS applications are stored to enable accurate field mapping and suggestions.
5.8 Meeting Scheduler Data
When you connect Google Calendar, we store encrypted OAuth tokens to access your calendar availability and create events. Meeting proposals include recipient email, selected time slots, and booking status. The Gmail send scope is used solely to deliver meeting proposal emails on your behalf.
5.9 Authentication Data
Refresh token hashes (bcrypt) and OAuth credentials (encrypted at rest). We never store plaintext passwords or OAuth access tokens permanently.
5.10 Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Suggestions, feedback, and AI processing logs are retained for 90 days. Navigation events are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions for CRM updates, action items, and other content. AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all suggestions before they are applied to your CRM or other systems.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, Google Calendar, and Gmail. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
When you authorize Google Calendar access, we request the following scopes: calendar.freebusy (to check your availability), calendar.events (to create calendar events), and gmail.send (to send meeting proposal emails on your behalf). You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the Anvisio extension.
8. Subscription and Billing
During our early access period, the Service is provided free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be communicated at that time.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvisio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
